M-plastics on the way to its customers

Last week, Paul Schildmeijer visited India, at the request of the World Bank and the agriculture and floriculture advisors of the state of West Bengal. The country is facing huge shortages of purified water and is looking for specialised companies who can assist in the storage and purification of water. In the slipstream, making cultivation and growing media more sustainable is now also being considered.

M-plastics was asked to think along in the area of reusable growing media, which we are obviously happy to do. Using our know-how, I think we are easily capable of assisting in the reduction of the quantities of plastic waste and the improvement of water retention in cultivation trays. After all, the easiest method of saving water still is preventing unnecessary evaporation!
